As a co-founder in 1981, Jim developed much of MARCIVE's bibliographic and authority record processing software.  He continues today as Vice President responsible for most authorities processing and related services.

One of the co-founders of MARCIVE, Richard has been instrumental in the growth of the company through systems and applications programming and other significant contributions for over 30 years.

Denise Thompson, Director of Production

Denise started at MARCIVE in 1983, with promotion to Director of Production in 1994.  She has responsibilitiy for authorities processing projects and oversees the conversion services department.

Mary Mastraccio, MLS, Cataloging and Authorities Manager

Mary has been dedicated to MARCIVE's authorities processing since 2001. Transitions to RDA and a new Bibliographic Framework are a significant part of her work as Cataloging & Authorities Manager at MARCIVE. She is active in local and national library associations including serving as current Chair of the LC Genre/Form Literature Project Working Group, the current Past-Chair of the Cataloging and Metadata Management Section (CaMMS), and a NACO contributor. Mary is also a member of the PCC Task Group on the Creation and Function of Name Authorities in a Non-MARC Environment.

Candy Riley, MLIS, Authorities Librarian

Candy Riley has been with MARCIVE since 2011. As authorities librarian she keeps up-to-date with Resource Description and Access (RDA) developments and prepares RDA training materials for MARCIVE staff. In addition, she contributes NACO authority records and assists with on-going review of unrecognized terms.
